Sleep support for every season of life: babies to adults, post-op, perimenopause, menopause & burnout.
What we stand for
I believe sleep is so much more than sleep. It is a huge part of our physical health, emotional wellbeing and how we feel in ourselves. I believe people need to understand what is happening, not just be handed a routine and told to follow it. When something makes sense, we feel more confident in knowing what to do next. I believe in looking at the whole person, not just the sleep problem. Their age, stage of life, body, hormones, nervous system, environment, relationships and everything else that might be affecting how they feel and sleep. I believe there is no one size fits all approach. What works for one person or family might feel completely wrong for another, and that is okay. I believe in gentle, responsive support. I don’t believe people need to be left to cry, pushed into rigid routines or made to feel that they have somehow failed because sleep isn’t going to plan. And I believe in meeting people where they are. Sometimes you need practical help. Sometimes you need someone to explain what is happening. Sometimes you simply need someone to say, “of course you’re exhausted, this makes sense.” That is how I work. I bring the knowledge and experience, but I don’t take away your instincts. My job is to help you understand what is going on, find what feels right for you, and leave you feeling more confident than when we started.
