What we stand for

Self-trust: I help women listen to themselves, trust their own voice, and reconnect with their inner wisdom, rather than constantly looking outside themselves for the answers. Authenticity: I question the things women are told they "should" want or do, and make space for what is actually true for them so they can create a life that feels true to who they are. Whole-person wellbeing: I work with the whole human being: mind, body and soul. I believe in working truly holistically, rather than trying to fix one isolated problem. Curiosity & self-discovery: I don't tell women what decisions to make. I help them slow down, explore what's underneath, notice patterns and beliefs, and discover their own answers. Compassion: There's enough guilt, judgement and competition in motherhood. I want women to have space to understand themselves, accept them for who they are, and find a way forward. Connection: Connection is a core value for me personally and for Rebel Mummy. I create spaces where women can connect, feel supported and belong. Whether that's through 1:1 work, circles, workshops or in-person community. Intentional living: I want to support women to create their lives deliberately, rather than simply following the default path because that's what everyone else is doing. I'm living this myself with my own family.
