Using a pluralistic counselling method, meaning that she uses the modality of counselling that best suits you, be it CBT, psychodynamic or person-centered. She is an ear who can listen and that doesn't need the awakening and magic of the world explaining to her, meaning you can wind your way through your thoughts and experiences without fear that your therapist might be profiling you. What we stand for
Before I trained as a counsellor, I walked through my own difficult seasons with the support of a therapist. That experience - of being held, of being truly heard - changed me. And it's why I do this work now. I'm a qualified pluralistic counsellor, registered with the NCPS. Able to work with both adults and children. I work from a quiet, welcoming space in Bedfordshire, and online - offering sessions that are as individual as the people who come to them. My role is not to fix you. You are not broken. My role is to create the conditions - a safe, consistent, non-judgmental space - in which something can begin to shift. I'm not a magician, doctor, or psychologist with a magic wand and quick fix remedies. I'm a co-regulator, another human being who is walking her path and is witnessing yours. I sit alongside you while you find your own way through, guiding you where you need through observations, insights and suggestions.
