We’re a bodybuilding centre and community, established in 2003, equipped with a selection of the very finest machinery, all hand selected from manufacturers such as Nautilus, Flex, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Magnum, Panatta, Strive, and Nytram to name a few. All our dumbbells, plates and bars are Ivanko. We take pride in setting the standards which bodybuilding gyms around the country and industry follow, as well as the community we’ve created here in London.

What we stand for

“Champions ain’t born! They’re made! Right here, right now!” - this is our slogan. We create champions, whether it be on the Olympia stage, or in life. There is no compromise to achieving greatness, no alternative to winning. We create the strongest souls, in the embodiment of almost perfect physical human specimens. No one can ever achieve perfection, which allows for the never ending journey in trying to accomplish it. That is the beauty of bodybuilding! There is no finish line! Zone Gym is a monolith of power standing still in time. We represent bodybuilding. We’ll always be here!
